This position plays a vital role in digitising existing processes, enhancing reporting capability, and delivering analytical insights. As a central coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams, external travel partners, and the wider workforce to improve travel‑related operations across the site.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process improvement, data reporting, cross‑functional collaboration, and helping shape how employees travel to and around the site.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Travel Team, your responsibilities will include:Issuing parking permits and managing appeals.Delivering weekly reporting using spreadsheets, including tracking through Ezit and LiftShare.Supporting the digitisation of the Travel Plan and all associated processes.Identifying and implementing process improvements, applying a “fresh eyes” approach to existing workflows.Working collaboratively with the Travel Officer, employees, agency workers, and external transport partners.Promoting alternative travel options and partnering with themunications team to support adoption.Carrying out general data entry and administrative tasks related to travel analytics.Core SkillsAdvanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs essential)Strong data analysis and reporting abilitiesA mindset geared toward process improvement and digitisationEssential Experience & QualificationsDemonstrable experience in process optimisation or project delivery (entry‑level applicants wee).Strong administrative and data entry background.Exposure to corporate environments is beneficial.A degree is desirable (Engineering preferred).Diagnostics and analysis experience, with an automotive sector background essential.SkillsApproachableAssertiveOrganisedProfessionalAble to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersA proactive and curious team playerSomeone who can challenge processes constructivelyA strong, clearmunicator #4767501 - Jane Pretty
