Your role as a Teaching Assistant in Chatteris:
Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
Providing 1:1 support to pupils as a Teaching Assistant
Supporting pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
Delivering small group interventions as a SEND Teaching Assistant
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
What we are looking for:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, 1:1 Support Assistant, or SEND Teaching Assistant
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
