Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist
Permanent position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Part-time and full-time hours available, onsite face-to-face and telephone consultations.
Locations:
* Reading, RG1 5AS
* Bristol, BS1 3LG
* Chester, CH4 9FB
Session Requirements:
The service operates 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm, with sessions from 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, and 4pm-8pm. A minimum of 4 sessions per week is required.

Your Role:
Provide high-quality, safe, and effective CBT, including assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions. Deliver services via face-to-face, telephone, or video, adhering to clinical guidelines and collaborating with the team. Support client recovery goals, provide signposting, wellbeing support, and psychoeducation, and participate in supervision and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
Essential:
* Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited)
* Full BABCP accreditation
* At least 2 years’ experience in high-intensity CBT with diverse clients
Desirable:
* Additional training (e.g., EMDR)
* Corporate experience and leadership skills
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in adult mental health
* Proficiency in Microsoft and electronic medical records
* Workload management, client liaison, and communication skills
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, and problem-solving abilities
Personal Characteristics:
* Effective time management
* Autonomous working skills
* Teamwork and awareness of business environment
