Logistics Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:
1. Coordinating deliveries to UK and EU customers via road, courier, and ferry
2. Preparing and managing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods notes, warehouse instructions, labels)
3. Liaising with warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on-time, accurate delivery
4. Handling stock reconciliations and supporting the finance team with related queries
5. Managing non-conformances and supporting operational improvements
6. Ensuring ERP data accuracy and supporting demand planning activities
7. Covering for team members during absence and assisting with wider logistics projects
What we’re looking for:
8. Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role
9. Strong knowledge of shipping/export/import processes and documentation
10. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
11. Excellent organisational and communication skills
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
13. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
