About The Role:
The company is hiring a Customer Service Apprentice to join their friendly and fast-paced team within the construction industry. This role offers hands-on experience and structured training, leading to a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
Youll support customers, suppliers, and internal teams by managing enquiries, coordinating processes, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling customer and supplier enquiries (phone, email, and face-to-face)
Updating records and maintaining internal systems
Supporting admin for sales, estimating, and operations teams
Coordinating orders and following up on delivery status
Delivering professional, prompt customer service
Contributing to service improvement processes
Training Details:
Study is delivered through a blended learning approach, combining online tutor-led sessions with face-to-face support at the employers premises
Apprentices will be supported by a dedicated tutor and have access to structured training throughout the programme
The apprenticeship concludes with an End-Point Assessment (EPA), during which the learner will demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and behaviours to successfully complete the course
Candidate Requirements:
Great communication and organisation skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic IT confidence (Word, Outlook, Excel)
No experience required just reliability and enthusiasm
