We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Administrator/ Coordinator to support the smooth running of my clients project operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that project activities are well-coordinated, documented, and delivered efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to maintain momentum and ensure administrative and delivery support is consistently provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely distribution of materials.
* Minute Taking & Action Tracking: Accurately record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
* Project Support: Assist project teams with delivery tasks, including documentation, reporting, and coordination of resources.
* Action Tracker Management: Maintain and update project action trackers, ensuring visibility and accountability across teams.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including document management, filing, and local office support.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role within a project environment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Desirable:
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
* Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Previous experience in a technical or engineering project environment.
