We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager who can hit the ground running at a UK-based hotel management company. This role will drive revenues across their two branded hotels and one luxury, lifestyle hotel in west London.
The Cluster Revenue Manager with be the key driver of maximizing bedrooms and meetings and events revenue for the three properties through utilization and analysis of effective revenue and rate management techniques.
Some US & European market experience would be beneficial, and you will need to be determined and tenacious with excellent stakeholder management skills.

The Role of the Cluster Revenue Manager
Produce day-by-day Rooms forecast and a weekly M&E forecast.
Produce a detailed budget plan on an annual basis.
Review hotels daily pricing and pace of demand.
Ensure hotels grow RGI% ahead of competitor set.
Develop, implement and execute strategic action plans to drive hotel revenue performance.
Own rate strategy and pricing, ensuring relevance to the competitor set considering local strategies.
Effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
Produce reports and statistics where required.
