* Follow school policies, lesson plans, and behaviour expectations
* Maintain a positive and safe learning environment for all pupils
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and pupil needs
* Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the day
* Manage behaviour confidently and promote positive relationships
* Ensure safeguarding and school procedures are adhered to at all times
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, proactive approach
* Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
* Ability to build quick, positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Reliable, organised, and able to adapt to new school environments
* A commitment to supporting pupils’ learning and promoting a positive school experience
