We are recruiting on behalf of a values-led complex care provider in the Greater Manchester area. The Clinical Lead will oversee high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex clinical needs living in their own homes and will be part of a respected organisation that puts both clients and staff at the heart of everything it does.
Clinical Lead Role
* Provide clinical oversight and leadership across complex care packages
* Support and mentor nurses and care staff in the community
* Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk assessments
* Develop and review person-centred care plans
* Ensure clinical governance and compliance standards are maintained
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Support business growth through safe mobilisation of new care packages
Candidate Profile
* RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN
* Previous experience in a homecare setting
* Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
* Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester

* Salary £40,000 – £46,000
