As a proud B Corp certified brand, they are serious about people and the planet, the Senior Merchandiser will take the lead on end-to-end planning, trading, and strategy across three key channels. You'll manage and mentor a talented team of two, encouraging innovative, data-led ways of working that drive results and efficiency.
What you’ll do:
* Lead seasonal planning, forecasting, and in-season trading to optimise performance
* Oversee stock management and allocation across multiple channels
* Work collaboratively with Buying, Marketing, and Operations
