REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in IT Project Management, with visible progression into senior positions.
- Global Transformation: Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale global transformation projects and programmes.
- Global Perspective: Experience navigating international delivery pressures, multi-layered workstreams, and cross-functional global teams.
- Framework Flexibility: Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional Waterfall, with the ability to manage hybrid models.
- Tooling Ecosystems: Proficiency with enterprise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Required Competencies
- Resilience & Drive: Adaptable, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to priorities, execution, and follow-through.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Calm, supportive approach under pressure, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and supporting junior PMs and the PMO function.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to communicate clear project value to senior executives.
- Exceptional Organisation: Natural ability to coordinate complex risks, dependencies, and resource allocations effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner, APM PMQ, or an equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
