Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Group FP&A Analyst to join us on a 12-month FTC, who can support the Group FP&A Director with forecasts/budgets, month end reporting and ad hoc analysis
What will you be doing day-to-day?
* Consolidate and maintain Group-wide forecasts.
* Assist with the review and challenge of business unit forecast submissions.
* Prepare forecast/budget presentations for review by the Group FP&A Director and Group CFO.
* Act as a key liaison for European finance teams with regards to Group FP&A activities.
* Production of the month end reports (e.g. Group Board Pack), with analysis of key variances to budget.
* Consolidation of multiple data sources (financial & non-financial) to assist with identifying trends and insights.
* Partner with the Business Planning team, providing financial analysis and insight on Gamma’s “Key enablement” programs (e.g. SIP to UcaaS migrations)
* Develop an understanding of the drivers of all types of margin across Gamma’s products.
* Share knowledge and understanding with broader finance, sales and product teams through the production of analysis & reports.
* Provide general business support as required.
* Create and maintain financial modelling.
* Utilize new financials systems for reporting and analysis. E.g. Onestream consolidation system
What You’ll Need
* Qualified accountant
* Experience working with large data sets across multiple sources
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are received and deadlines are met
* Extensive experience of MS Excel, preferably including use of the Power Query tool (“Get and Transform Data”)
* Knowledge of the SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools would be useful but not essential
