As the Growth Lead you will support the Growth Officer in the sales of the Target Group franchise in financial services and adjacent sectors by landing new business leads.
The role covers all aspects of originating and winning new business, including the development of go-to-market propositions, enhancing the awareness and reputation of Target in our marketplace, and being a visible ambassador for Target developing relationships with decision makers in the sector. With Target being a 100%-owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, we are seeking to further leverage relevant group wide capabilities to create a leading offering to the Financial Services market.
As Growth Lead you’ll proactively seek to identify and secure new revenue generating opportunities within our diverse and growing client franchise.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Direct responsibility for ensuring opportunities become agreed T&C’s, within agreed delivery model
2. Close new independent business opportunities and maintain a consistently healthy pipeline
3. Onboard new customers effectively & successfully ensuring a seamless transition the to the Account Managers
4. Identify key market opportunities for partnership within the market, through research and business analysis and your own self-initiative
5. Generate new business opportunities, ideally through existing industry contacts and acquiring new clients
6. Liaise directly with clients throughout the tender process and delivery of services to ensure continuity and consistency in relationships and quality of service and in line with company values
7. Work collaboratively with TechM group to promote innovative technology products within Financial Services
8. Maximise the profitability of new business by negotiating the best possible margins
9. Work closely with the pricing team to ensure a suitable and profitable proposition is submitted
10. Monitor competitor and independent market activity and propositions to ensure Target is offering the appropriate solutions and insight

16. Proven success of generating leads and converting them into profitable income
17. Proven success of developing existing business relationships to identify and land new business opportunities
18. Demonstrable experience of developing winning propositions and go to market strategies
19. Extensive knowledge of the financial services market
20. Sound experience and knowledge of marketing operations to leverage new sales
21. Demonstrable experience of significantly influencing operational activity and the relevant regulatory standards
