Kent Family Connections are a new family contact centre based in Herne Bay. We offer a safe and child focused environment for estranged families and children to spend time together.
We are looking for bank staff, on a self employed basis, to join our friendly team. As we grow and develop, this role also has the potential for becoming employed with fixed hours of work.
Essential Requirements:
* An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent/higher relevant qualification
* A good understanding of family dynamics and family law
* A good grammatical standard of English
Skills:
* Ability to work in a non-judgemental manner
* Ability to maintain the focus on the welfare of the child
* Confidence to intervene to safeguard a child
* Excellent time management skills
* Reliable and a team player
Experience:
Preferrable child family supervision experience (in such an example, if willing to study towards the required qualification if you don't have this, we may be able to consider you)
Training:
You will receive induction training and access to other courses, such as safeguarding.
