About the Role
‘Getting Stuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new Team Members who love doing just that! We are seeking individuals to join us as Guest Services Team Members Plus. As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, you will work on a Monday and a Friday, cleaning our accommodation and delivering excellent service to our guests during their holiday. Your role includes advising guests on our product offerings and local area, helping to ensure their stay is enjoyable.
If issues arise, you will use your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand and resolve guest concerns, logging and following up on jobs and feedback. You will also manage the check-in experience and assist guests face-to-face as needed. Live-in accommodation is available for this role.

2. Communicate effectively, offering solutions and assistance confidently, including over the phone.
3. Use various systems to log jobs and feedback accurately.
