Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients
Using proactive sales techniques to grow your vacancy pipeline
Strengthening your presence in the market via phone, email, and social media
Writing engaging job adverts
Managing and supporting your temporary workforce
Sourcing and selecting the best Chef and Kitchen Porter candidates in the market

Proven success in previous roles
Recruitment experience is essential, ideally within hospitality or a related sector - we will also consider applications from Hospitality operators looking to move into recruitment
