We are seeking a dynamic (Senior) Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives, elevate brand presence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.</p><p><strong>What Youll Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector targeting European audiences</li><li>Proven track record in developing and executing annual marketing strategies, along with managing projects and budgets effectively</li><li>Broad skill set across digital marketing, content creation, product launches, demand generation, branding, and omni-channel campaigns</li><li>Expertise in creating diverse marketing materials, testing their efficacy through webinars, expert interviews, sell sheets, web content, interactive tools, and videos</li><li>Experience organizing and managing events such as ribbon-cuttings, photo and video shoots, and trade shows</li><li>Ability to work closely with marketing, technical consulting, sales, and events teams while reporting to a US-based leadership structure</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Additional experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or data analytics</li><li>Proficiency in multiple languages or understanding of European market nuances</li><li>Familiarity with webinar platforms, interactive content tools, or digital measurement analytics</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields</li><li>Relevant experience in European pharmaceutical or healthcare markets preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe to events and shoots</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul>
