Your Role as a Cover Supervisor (CS): Supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure learning continues smoothly. Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to students across a range of subjects. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support students with their learning and encourage positive engagement. Provide feedback to teaching staff after each lesson. What You’ll Need as a Cover Supervisor (CS): Experience working with young people (education, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, etc.). Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A proactive, patient, and resilient approach. Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential). An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
