B&M Retail are looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our store team in Alnwick.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Store Manager in running the store with passion, modelling best practices, and driving teamwork
* Manage fast-paced operations and stock levels to maximise sales potential
* Maintain excellent store standards and consistently deliver KPIs
* Coach and develop your team to reach their potential, identify talent, and train for success
* Apply your retail knowledge to maximise store performance and customer experience
* Drive compliance including stock takes, Health & Safety and people processes

Qualifications
* Management experience in a fast-paced, high turnover retail environment
* Experience managing medium to large teams
* Proven track record of delivering KPIs
* Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays
* Experience in FMCG/big box setting is ideal but not essential
