Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
Salary: £45, – £50, per annum (DOE) + Bonus Structure

The Role
As General Manager, you’ll
1. Oversee daily operations
2. Lead a dedicated team across all departments
3. Reporting directly to the Managing Director
4. Ensuring operational excellence
5. Fostering a high-performing culture
6. Helping to shape strategic decisions that fuel business growth
Key Responsibilities
7. Manage all daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
8. Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
9. Monitor KPIs and departmental performance
10. Improve and implement operational systems and processes
11. Oversee stock management, customer service, and operational planning
12. Support with budgeting, cost control, and growth initiatives
13. Serve as the key link between staff and the Managing Director
About You
14. Proven success in a senior operational or general management role
15. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
16. Commercially driven with a focus on efficiency and strategic growth
17. Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
18. Background in e-commerce, wholesale, or related sectors is a plus
19. Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
