Construction Buyer / Procurement Manager Darlington Negotiable Salary Package Pro Staff are working with a growing construction company that specialises in HMO and commercial-to-residential conversion projects and are looking to recruit a Construction Buyer / Procurement Manager on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities include: * Procuring materials, plant, labour and subcontract packages * Obtaining and negotiating supplier quotations * Raising purchase orders and managing deliveries * Supporting project programmes and procurement schedules * Building and maintaining supplier and subcontractor relationships * Identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting budget control Requirements: * Previous experience in a Construction Buyer or Procurement role * Strong negotiation and organisational skills * Good understanding of construction materials and supply chains This role is full time office based so the ideal candidate will be local to the Darlington area.
