Main purpose of the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships Manager (or Senior Manager, depending on experience) to join us as a member of the team within our South Midlands region, based at the regional Head Office near Northampton.
The postholder will play a crucial role in supporting the team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
Reporting to the Land and Partnerships Director, they will proactively source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate regional growth.
They will identify, assess, pursue, and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business, lead and supervise bid submissions, and negotiate legal agreements on projects, including pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
They will also contribute to developing team members by enabling and motivating them to reach their potential and support business growth.

We seek a Land and Partnerships Manager with proven industry experience in planning and land acquisition, embodying our Keepmoat values. The ideal candidate is a creative and resilient individual with experience developing strategies, using initiative, and negotiating effectively. They should be collaborative, skilled in building relationships and stakeholder engagement, with experience influencing senior decision-makers and strong negotiation skills. They should take a straightforward approach and be capable of managing effectively across functional teams. Passionate about Land and Partnerships, they should have a customer and team focus, motivated and enthusiastic about the land function.
