This job role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent programme management and organisational skills to support the Trust's Redevelopment Programme Management Office (PMO). The role involves managing the development and delivery of major projects across acute sites and the community estate, aligned with strategic clinical objectives.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will develop and manage the programme workstream, oversee projects with support from project officers and administrative staff within the PMO. The Estate Redevelopment Programme focuses on three themes: QEH, UHL, and the Community estate.

Job responsibilities
The primary objective is to manage the programme to successfully implement the Trust Strategy, including:
* Leading and developing the Redevelopment Programme Plan to:
o Deliver the Estate Blueprint (construction delivery)
o Develop the community property estate strategy and delivery plan
1. Managing the Redevelopment Steering Groups and Programme Boards independently.
2. Preparing and supporting managers attending Programme Board meetings.
3. Tracking and implementing actions from Programme Boards and Steering Groups.
4. Developing business cases for project delivery.
5. Leading the Blueprint Programme strategically over 5 and 10 years.
6. Advising the Board, working autonomously.

* Significant senior management experience
* Proven ability in developing business cases and securing approvals

* Experience in healthcare settings and redevelopment or transformation programmes
* Experience delivering sustainability projects
Qualifications/Training
* Masters degree or equivalent
* LEAN or similar methodology training
