This National Contract Hire Sales Manager role focuses on growing long term contract hire and rental solutions, with a strong emphasis on electric vehicle adoption and fleet transformation. Identify and secure long term contract hire, rental and finance agreements across a national customer base. Support customers transitioning from ICE vehicles to electric fleets through consultative, solution led selling. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, aligned to revenue and utilisation targets. Work closely with internal teams including sales, fleet and electrification specialists to deliver tailored solutions. Provide market insight on competitors, trends and EV adoption to support strategic growth. About YouYou may already be operating at a national level or be an experienced regional sales professional ready to step up, with a passion for commercial vehicles and emerging EV solutions. You enjoy building relationships, influencing stakeholders and spotting opportunities where others might not. Background in fleet, automotive, leasing, transport or a related sector. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to structure and close complex deals. Confident communicator who can engage at all levels and build long term partnerships.
