This role involves advising on processes for effectively responding to Urgent Capability Requirements (UCR) and supporting the rapid procurement, development, and deployment of mission-critical assets or solutions. Key Responsibilities: Rapid Acquisition & Delivery: Provide advice on the acceleration of procurement and operational readiness of critical capabilities that cannot wait for standard planning or acquisition cycles. Risk & Crisis Management: Proactively identify roadblocks, execute rapid risk assessments, and implement mitigations to prevent project failure. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the Integrated Programme Team (IPT) leader, sponsors, end-users, third-party vendors, and internal teams to provide high-frequency progress reports and negotiate priorities. Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently and navigate dynamic cost structures where time and performance outweigh strict, traditional budgetary constraints.
