Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the full payment process for B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
* Perform regular reconciliation of payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
* Analyze financial data to improve payment accuracy and efficiency.
* Lead process improvements to streamline operations and enhance payment workflows.
* Manage high transaction volumes while maintaining a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and problem resolution.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills with experience in payment reconciliation.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume payments in a B2B environment.
* Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
* Familiarity with payment gateways, merchant accounts, and payment processors.
* Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and other security standards.
* Understanding of credit card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
* Experience with payment authorization, capture, settlement, and chargeback process
* Awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC)) related to payments.
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in payment management.
