Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the full payment process for B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
2. Perform regular reconciliation of payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
3. Analyze financial data to improve payment accuracy and efficiency.
4. Lead process improvements to streamline operations and enhance payment workflows.
5. Manage high transaction volumes while maintaining a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and problem resolution.
Requirements:
1. Strong analytical skills with experience in payment reconciliation.
2. Proven ability to manage high-volume payments in a B2B environment.
3. Experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
4. Familiarity with payment gateways, merchant accounts, and payment processors.
5. Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and other security standards.
6. Understanding of credit card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
7. Experience with payment authorization, capture, settlement, and chargeback process.
8. Awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC)) related to payments.
9. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
10. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
11. Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in payment management.
