Job Title: Attendance Manager
Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Salary: Grade 9, SCP 28 – 33 (£33,672 to £37,906 per annum actual salary)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours), term-time only

About You:
As an Attendance Manager, you will lead the Attendance Team in increasing levels of pupil attendance and punctuality, and in supporting the development of a positive culture of attendance. Our ideal candidate would have:
* Experience of managing attendance or pastoral systems in a school or similar setting
* Experience of using data to drive improvement and inform strategy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Attendance Team:
The Attendance Team at The Hart School is a department consisting of 3 members of staff. They work closely with the wider pastoral team, as well as students, families and other staff, and are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment. The team is approachable, proactive, and deeply invested in helping students overcome barriers to learning and to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
