As Luxury Sales Manager you will have opportunities to exceed sales targets with new releases, events and exhibitions, as well as in-depth training to maximise your product knowledge. You’ll proactively develop existing customer relationships, build new client relationships and proactively market your product range. This role will involve 'hands on' management of the day-to-day operation of a high profile site whilst also overseeing and coaching a small sales team to exceed sales targets and build client relationships. We are looking for somebody with luxury sales management experience, consistent sales performance, and a customer centric approach.
Luxury Sales Manager – Required Skills
- The motivation and drive to achieve sales targets ideally with previous 1-2-1 sales experience
- Previous experience in overseeing or coaching a small team
- The ability to adapt and tailor to different client needs
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Exceptional client service skills and organisation skills
- A friendly, engaging personality
- A driving license is desirable for occasional home consultation visits with clients.
Luxury Sales Manager – Benefits
• A salary of £38,000 per annum, quarterly bonus, plus excellent uncapped commission & sales bonus structure (OTE £50 -55K)
