We at Zachary Daniels are representing a leading national brand in the search for a people‑oriented Restaurant Manager based in the Belfast City and Greater Belfast region. You will manage a team of up to 25, leading by example and mentoring daily in a high volume environment.
You will be joining at a time when the business is going through culture changes within the market, where no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team of up to 25, leading by example and mentoring in a high‑volume environment.
* Drive culture changes and keep the business dynamic, ensuring no two days are the same.
* Apply leadership beyond typical management, aligning with the core values of People, Customer, and Business.
* Understand and coach team members, identifying training needs to maximise profitability.
* Complete and exercise regular Health & Safety audits, achieve high scores on customer satisfaction, balance productivity versus payroll costs, and produce operational and commercial reporting in the store.
* Analyse restaurant performance and develop strategies to drive people metrics.
* Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, and address any issue in store through understanding of HR disciplines.
Qualifications
You will be currently working as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Cluster Manager within a people and customer‑focused business in any of the following sections:
* Food / Convenience
* Restaurant / Fast Food
* Luxury Food
* Grocery
