About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at our Feltham site.
This is a hands-on, admin-focused role supporting the day-to-day running of quality processes in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems, documentation, and records accurate and up to date.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, routine work and wants to gain experience within a pharmaceutical / healthcare logistics environment, without needing prior deep QA experience.
What you’ll be doing

Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and well-organised
*
Managing and updating quality documentation and records
*
Supporting routine quality admin tasks, including:
*
Data entry and document control
*
Maintaining trackers (e.g. CAPA actions and timelines)
*
Responding to internal requests for information in a timely and accurate manner
*
Updating systems such as SharePoint and quality databases
*
Liaising with teams across the business (Quality, Operations, HR, etc.)
This role is focused on routine quality administration rather than audit or client-facing QA work.
