Responsibilities
As the Business Care Partner, your aim will be to deliver industry leading service whilst building excellent working relationships with our customers. You’ll get to:
* Respond to communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage orders and process credits on time and accurately
* Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues
* Use product and process knowledge (which will be taught) to resolve relevant issues
* Continuously working to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers
* Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel
* Work with customer portals to manage query resolution
Qualifications

* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
* Prior experience in customer service role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic, growing organization.
