Southdown’s Work & Wellbeing Service in West Sussex helps people accessing treatment for mental health support, back into employment. You will be working in partnership with the mental health treatment team in Littlehampton (Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust) as well as working flexibly in the community. You will offer support to either find new employment or to retain their current employment.

You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model providing client-led employment support (For more information, please read here: ). The Work & Wellbeing Service offers autonomous working within a fully supportive team.
