About the Company
We are seeking a skilled engineer to take ownership of a significant portion of our edge-computing stack, powering our AI-driven systems. Our technology spans front-end, backend, edge computing, and machine learning, offering a diverse and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop edge applications for processing vision data and managing communication layers on compute-constrained devices.
2. Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
3. Optimize platform runtime performance, focusing on C++ development and GPU-based pipelines.
4. Implement observability and telemetry tools to monitor system performance.
5. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday to Friday).
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 3+ years of professional experience in C++ and Python, with expertise in developing real-time data processing applications optimized for latency and memory usage.
2. Proficiency in using profiling tools (e.g., gdb, Nsight, Valgrind, flame graph) for performance optimisation.
3. Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Bonus skills include:
5. Edge/IoT computing for managing deployed edge devices.
6. Infrastructure management tools (e.g., Salt).
7. Monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana).
8. Video processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Gstreamer).
9. Integration of ML models (e.g., PyTorch).
10. Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
