Job Description Key Responsibilities Create intelligent operational insights through strong cross-functional relationships. Act as a key partner to the VP Operations, Production Manager, Project Teams and Engineering, translating manufacturing and testing requirements into clear, achievable, integrated plans. Build and maintain a consolidated, dynamic schedule for all manufacturing and testing activities across internal and external sites (inc production planning/ master production schedule). Develop and maintain trusted relationships with external test partners, proactively managing day-to-day delivery and capacity. Own and evolve a world-class operational information system: Use data from our ERP system and spreadsheets to model demand, capacity and timelines, providing clear, timely visibility of: On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery Capacity pinch-points Risks to delivery and operational improvement opportunities Take decisive, data-led action to optimise operational performance: Work collaboratively across teams and with external partners to resolve capacity and scheduling conflicts Continuously improve scheduling processes as we transition to increased external testing Proactively identify and resolve operational risks and constraints before they impact delivery Essential: Strong relationship builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage confidently across functions, leadership levels, and external partners.
