Overview
Are you an experienced HR professional who is looking to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment? Do you have a proven track record of supporting and advising managers on employee relations issues?
Responsibilities
* Provide pragmatic, accurate, and comprehensive day-to-day Human Resources service in partnership with the business, focusing on advising managers in all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management, and organisational change (TUPE, restructures).
* Support and advise managers on employee relations issues and ensure alignment with UK employment law and best practice.
What we are looking for
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (CIPD Level 7 is desirable).
* Strong employee relations and TUPE experience with excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation.
* Well-organised, methodical, and able to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a similar fast-paced industry and ability to build and maintain relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions.
* Valid driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
