ElectricianLocation: Around NorwichSalary: £39,140 per annumHours: 37 hours per weekContract: Full-time, PermanentDBS: Basic Disclosure required The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to carry out electrical maintenance and improvement works across residential properties in and around the Norwich area.This is a permanent position offering stable, long-term work within domestic properties. Main Duties & Responsibilities Undertake all electrical works including maintenance, modernisation, improvements and remedial works across properties.Complete rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wiring, connection and commissioning of heating fuel systems.Ensure all jobs are correctly closed down via a mobile device upon completion.Take responsibility for company equipment including van stock, tools, vehicle and materials.Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as required.Maintain high safety standards to ensure the security of tenants and properties.Work in both occupied and void properties, including confined spaces such as roof voids. Essential Qualifications & CertificationApplicants must be able to provide evidence of: ECS Gold CardLevel 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation18th Edition BS7671:2018AM2 qualificationCity & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395 equivalent) - Testing & InspectionRecognised UK electrical qualifications such as: C&G 2360 Levels 2 & 3 + NVQ Level 3C&G 2330 Levels 2 & 3 + NVQ Level 3 Current JIB card (Approved Electrician status) For non-UK qualifications, applicants must meet UK industry equivalency standards including Ecctis Electrotechnical Skills Statement and AM2E/AM2ED assessment.
