This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, people leadership and the delivery of the company's long-term strategic objectives. This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. Key responsibilities: Lead and oversee Production, QHSE, Planning & Purchasing and Continuous Improvement functions. Develop and deliver operational strategies aligned to the company's growth plan. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and operational excellence across all production areas. Ensure production plans meet customer demand, quality standards and delivery targets. Work closely with Scheduling, Maintenance and Quality to maximise efficiency and resource utilisation. Champion safety, quality, environmental and compliance standards across the operation.
