Property Litigation Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm
Role
* Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
* Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases
* Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
* Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
* Advising on private nuisance and trespass
You
* NQ - 4 years PQE in Property Litigation
* Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
* Excellent client relationship skills
* Strong commercial acumen
