Account Sales Manager - Foodservice at TieTalent
Location: Reading, Slough, Henley on Thames (West Berkshire area). This is a field-based role with a proactive and results-driven approach, focused on managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities within the foodservice wholesale sector.
Package: £35,000–£40,000 basic, OTE £43,000–£48,000. Plus Company Car, Bonus paid monthly, Pension, and additional Company Benefits.

Role and Responsibilities
* Cover the West Berkshire area as an Area Sales Manager, managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers while actively identifying new business opportunities across the region.
* Engage with chefs, business owners, and procurement teams to understand needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure outstanding customer service.
* Work in a field-based capacity with a proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships in a fast-paced market.
Person Specification / Requirements
* Currently working in the field for a foodservice wholesaler, with a strong understanding of the industry and a proven track record in managing and growing customer accounts.
* Direct experience in foodservice wholesale selling into HORECA is required to make an immediate impact from day one.
