Job Title: Nursery Manager (Full Time)

Salary: £14 – £17 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a family like local authority day nursery based in Leicester.
The day nursery is looking to take on a full-time Nursery Manager permanently who is flexible to work 7.30am – 6pm (4 or 5 days per week).
The successful applicant will create a safe and stimulating learning environment, update parents and carers on children’s progress, keep records and create reports and make sure safety and child protection regulations are met.
The successful Nursery Manager will have:
Level 3 in childcare or equivalent (required)
Have experience managing a nursery setting (room leaders looking to step up are also welcome)
Paediatric First Aid Qualification (required)
Ability to communicate with children and parents
Strong behaviour management skills
Strong staff management skills
Exceptional knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
