We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy GP practice. In this vital front-line role, youll be the first point of contact for patientsgreeting them warmly, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and supporting the clinical team with a range of administrative duties. Youll maintain accurate patient records, process prescriptions and referrals, and ensure all correspondence is handled efficiently and confidentially. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with clinical systems like EMIS or SystmOne would be an advantage, though not essential.
