The Opportunity
Were looking for a Process Manager to lead and coordinate all process development activities for Walkers CB&S. This role is key to ensuring the successful launch of new and reformulated products, maintaining safety, quality, and legality at every stage. Youll also provide technical cover and support validations where required, working closely with QA and other site functions.
1. Manage all aspects of the NPD process from handover to launch, including reformulations.
2. Lead process validations and ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP).
3. Collaborate with QA, Operations, NPD, and Purchasing to deliver projects on time and to specification.
