Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
Lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
Administer and manage medications in line with policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management to ensure residents needs are met
Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
At least 2 years experience as a Care Assistant within a residential or nursing home setting
