Do you want to drive forward the circular economy and influence future waste legislation? We’re looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Producer Responsibility team to help deliver the Government’s Resources and Waste Strategy.

2. Providing technical advice within the Environment Agency and to industry.
3. Driving reforms in waste management to change how waste is managed in England, including developing digital systems or policy analysis.
Our team is dispersed, working with various technical and project teams nationwide. We utilize smart tools to stay connected and reduce travel, though some travel and overnight stays may be necessary.
The Team
You will join our Producer Responsibility Team, which leads waste regulation reforms to meet the government’s resource conservation goals. We promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture where everyone feels valued, using evidence, expertise, engagement, and innovation to influence policy, legislation, and resource allocation.
