The Opportunity
A respected and long-established firm is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join it's residential lettings team based in Ashby. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing and diversifying business. You'll play an active role in expanding market presence in and around surrounding areas, while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
*
Register applicants and manage applicant databases
*
Match tenants to suitable properties and provide property details
*
Market properties across online platforms and media
*
List new instructions on property portals
*
Conduct viewings and obtain feedback
*
Negotiate offers and tenancy terms
*
Manage listings from instruction through to ‘Let Agreed’
*
Work towards individual and team targets
*
Provide regular market updates and insights
*
Support broader team objectives as needed
About You
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a lettings negotiator role (essential)
*
ARLA Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
*
Proactive, driven, and target-focused approach
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
Well-organised with effective time management
*
Calm, professional, and customer-focused attitude
*
Confident using technology and online platforms
*
Smart and professional personal presentation
*
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
*
Passionate about property and providing excellent service
