Summary
We are seeking a Compliance and Training Coordinator to join our SHEQ Department at Hire Safe Solutions Limited. In this role, you will ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulations, contributing to our mission of providing safe and effective access solutions.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing compliance-related responsibilities across departments.
* Support the implementation of new and existing compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular compliance inspections and maintain proper records.
* Investigate compliance-related incidents and update relevant documentation.
* Support the development of a Compliance Communication Strategy, including training sessions and internal updates.
* Assist with supplier selection and approved supplier auditing processes.
* Help with preparations for annual audits and accreditation renewals.
* Coordinate training plans with line mangers.
* Provide guidance and support to all company apprentices to ensure all elements of training are covered.
* Ensure adherence to current quality accreditations and contribute to obtaining new ones.
* Assist in preparing compliance-related tender and submission documentation.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and streamline compliance processes.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
* Experience of BSI ISO 9001.
* Experience in a SHEQ Management Role with Line Management experience.
* First Aid Basic Certificate.
* Good MS office and computer literacy skills.
* Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
