Overview
Our client, a leading provider of flexible office spaces, is seeking an experienced Cluster Facilities Manager to oversee multiple buildings. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of building operations, compliance and customer care, while supporting the company’s Carbon Net Zero pathway. You will deliver safe, clean, thermally comfortable, and future-proofed environments – all on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Manage building services, preserving the building fabric, and maintaining excellent décor and housekeeping standards
* Ensure Health, Safety, and Compliance across your buildings
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance and risk assessments
* Build strong relationships with service providers, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective delivery
* Supervise and performance manage in-house staff, identifying training needs
* Drive sustainability, energy savings and smart technology/innovations
* Manage service charge budgets
* Delivering Excellence in Customer Experience
* Strong knowledge of building engineering systems and compliance
* IOSH Managing Safely is a must
* NEBOSH certification preferred (support available if not held)
* Bringing strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine energy and passion to every challenge and opportunity
Qualifications
* Experience with service charge budgets, and building compliance (water, electric, fire, asbestos, etc.) is required
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
* Experience managing multiple buildings, service providers, budgets and in-house teams
* IOSH Managing Safely is a must
* NEBOSH certification preferred (support available if not held)
* Bringing strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine energy and passion to every challenge and opportunity
Compensation and Location
£50,000 - £53,000 plus Bonus, Car allowance and Benefits
