Warehouse Operative / Machine Operator
Location: Banbury
Pay Rates:
* £13.07 per hour - Double Days (06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00, rotating)
* £15.02 per hour - Nights (22:00-06:00)

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and moving goods.
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
* Feed plain cardboard sheets into die-cutting machines, following production schedules.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
* Support stock control by monitoring raw materials and finished products.
* Transfer materials to gluing stations and assist with smooth production flow.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, complying with Health & Safety standards.
* Accurately complete production and quality records as required.
Skills & Experience
* Previous machine operative experience is essential.
* Warehouse or production background is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Physically fit, comfortable with manual handling.
* Reliable team player with a solid work ethic.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
