Role: Backshift Class 2 HGV Driver- Trade Waste
Location: Glasgow
Hours: 40-50 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £17.24 per hour
Overtime Rate of Pay: £25.86 per hour

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Backshift Class 2 HGV Trade Waste Driver, you will play a key role in our operations by:
1. Driving a trade waste vehicle on scheduled collection routes
2. Collecting commercial waste bins safely and efficiently
3. Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly
4. Keeping accurate records of collections and vehicle use
5. Following all health & safety procedures and road safety regulations
6. Providing excellent customer service at every collection point
What Are We Looking For?
7. A full, valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
8. No more than 6 points on your licence
9. Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
10. A great attitude and commitment to performing the job to the highest standard.
11. Previous waste/recycling driving experience is preferred, but not essential -we provide comprehensive training.
