What you will do
Your role as a mobile BMS service engineer will be to carry out routine BMS maintenance on a variety of sites and responding to callouts from our Maintenance Operations Team. This role will also include completing small works such as replacing BMS controllers, modules, sensors or actuators. Our client sites are in London and surrounding areas.
This role is within E2 Services Limited (part of Johnson Controls).

How you will do it
11. Carry out routine BMS service visits
12. Respond to BMS callouts
13. Support maintenance operations team with customer queries
14. When on site: Review site fault tracker and complete any minor tasks where possible
15. Prepare clear and accurate reports on site during the visit
16. Reports to include any recommended improvements to the site
17. Carry out BMS related small works projects
18. When required, attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication
19. Support client and supplier relationships for building improvements
What we are looking for
Required:
20. 5+ years’ experience with BMS systems such Trend, Delta, Johnsons or Tridium (2 out of 4 is essential).
21. Knowledgeable with the above system controls and operation strategies (2 out of 4 is essential).
22. Experience with MCC panels and the ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams
23. Understanding of all varieties of Trend networking – current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet and LonWorks
24. Experience with supervisors such as Trend 963 and/or IQvision software
25. Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control
26. Understanding of electrical systems
27. Desire to learn and support new technologies / alternative control system
28. Confident in IT with working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
29. A self-starter and strong team-player, flexible and able to work effectively without close supervision
30. Excellent written skills and provide reports in a timely manner
